കഥ: മൂക്കുകയർ

ഒറ്റയ്ക്കായ ഒരുപാടു രാത്രികളിൽ ഈ പായയിൽ കിടന്നാണ് ഞാൻ ഉറങ്ങിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതുകൊണ്ടിപ്പോൾ പ്രത്യേകിച്ചൊരു വ്യത്യാസവും തോന്നുന്നില്ല. എന്നെ ഒറ്റയ്ക്കാക്കിയവരും ഞാൻ ഒറ്റയ്ക്കാക്കിയവരും എനിക്ക് ചുറ്റും വട്ടംകൂടി നില്കുന്നു. ദുഃഖവെള്ളിയാഴ്ച ചുംബനങ്ങൾക്കും നേർച്ചകൾക്കുമായി പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ക്രൂശിതനായ യേശുവിന്റെ രൂപമാണ് എനിക്കിപ്പോൾ. ദൈവപുത്രനായിരിന്നിട്ടും ദൈവദൂഷ്യം പറഞ്ഞ കുറ്റത്തിന് അവർ അവനെ ശിക്ഷിച്ചു. മനുഷ്യപുത്രിയായിരുന്നിട്ടും മനുഷ്യർക്കുവേണ്ടി സംസാരിച്ച കുറ്റത്തിന് എന്നെയും. പാടങ്ങൾ നികത്തരുതെന്നു ഞാനവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു. തോടുകളെയും കുളങ്ങളെയും പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക്കുകളും മറ്റു ചപ്പുചവറുകളുമിട്ട് മൂടരുതെന്നു ഞാനവരോടപേക്ഷിച്ചു. ഏഴു കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയുള്ള കടലിന്റെ … Continue reading കഥ: മൂക്കുകയർ

വരികൾ: ഉറുമ്പുകൾ

പഞ്ചസാരയ്‌ക്കൊപ്പം ചായയിലേയ്ക്ക് വലിച്ചെറിയുന്ന ഉറുമ്പുകളൊക്കെയും എന്റെ കണ്ണിൽ നിസാരരായിരുന്നു. ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ ഞാനുമൊരു ഉറുമ്പാണെന്നു തിരിച്ചറിയും വരെ.

മറ്റാർക്കെങ്കിലും ഇഷ്ടപെടാതിരിക്കുമോ എന്ന് ഭയന്ന് അവർ വെട്ടിക്കളഞ്ഞ എന്റെ സ്വപ്നങ്ങളൊക്കെയും എനിക്കൊരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടമായിരുന്നു.
